The communication at this dealership is top notch. They called me to remind me to get my oil changed. My car is old with a 190000 miles on it, so oil changes are very important. I thank them for the reminder!

As a woman bringing her car in for repairs, this is the only place I go. I feel they tell me straight up what's wrong with my car. They don't engage in the tactic of trying to tell me my car is going to explode as soon as I drive off if I don't get everything wrong with my car fixed right now. They very clearly tell my what needs to get fixed ASAP and what we should keep an eye on say at the next oil change. I also appreciate that they are willing to drive you to the nearby mall or restaurant while you wait for longer repairs.
