    When I bought the vehicle in Nov 2025 I was told that I get 2 complimentary oil changes - 1 per year. When I came in the service manager indicated that the first oil change opportunity expired?! Not sure why the records showed this. To the managers credit, he honored the free oil change. Also, I have left several messages regarding my warranty and when the bumper to bumper expires - I'd like to buy the extended warranty before it expires. No return calls as of yet

    I just wanna say my experience was so beautiful first informal with Irvin Vega. He was so attentive and the head Porter. His name is Giovanni Vargas amazing. They treated my SUV like it was their own. I just want to say thank you so much. I really appreciate.
