Friendly and efficient

Very good

I was schedule for an oil change and an engine air filter change on my 2022 Corvette. When I arrived I was told it would be 1.5 - 2 hour wait. After they discovered my wheels needed to be aligned I was told it would be a little longer, then they ran into some problems and I ended up in the waiting room for just over 4 hours. Ted from customer affairs was very nice and offered to take me home or to the mall, but at this point I had been there so long, with the time frame being changed multiple times on me that it was not worth leaving. I wish they would have offered me a vehicle after the first time the the completion was delayed, earlier in the morning. The worst part of it was when the vehicle was finished and I went to get in it, there was greasy hand marks all over the driver's side door, on the driver's seat and drips on the black and silver threshold getting in the car. I brought the car in spotless and was leaving after 4 hours waiting to get into a greasy car. I could not sit on the seat in that condition. I asked for it to be cleaned up and had to wait again. This was totally unacceptable, as this vehicle is only driven on weekends and it nice weather. I will not be coming back to Zeigler for any maintenance in the future.
